In a nutshell, the only data that is collected is what you send us when you contact us or upload audio. We are not responsible for any content you generate via neverendingradioshow.com and reserve the right to use or not use any content generated or uploaded. We do not share data in any way, period.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Recording Audio on SpeakPipe
The audio recorder on the “Record Yourself” section is powered by SpeakPipe. By recording and sending audio through the SpeakPipe recorder, you give permission for your voice, and any information given during your recording to be stored on SpeakPipe’s server and downloaded by Never Ending Radio Show. You give us permission to use the audio for any purpose related to the Never Ending Radio Show and all websites and radio stations affiliated with the Never Ending Radio Show. If you upload audio to the website, you should avoid uploading audio with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. By uploading audio you give us permission to use the audio for any purpose related to the Never Ending Radio Show and all websites and radio stations affiliated with the Never Ending Radio Show.
Please note that any audio you record through SpeakPipe or upload directly to this website should contain no copyrighted material. By sending original audio, you claim no ownership of the audio and you grant Never Ending Radio Show full exclusive rights to utilize the audio on the Never Ending Radio Show live stream and any associated media or advertising. If you prefer that any audio previously submitted no longer be featured on the show, please use the contact page to request it be removed and deleted.
